Samantha Spicer has been in the industry for 16+ years. She specializes in creative hair coloring, men's haircuts, hair extensions, and formal styling. Her work has been published in Delaware Bride of 2014. Samantha is certified in keratin treatments, Hothead extensions, and Dreamcatchers, and Donna Bella hair extensions. She has worked with “Bumble and Bumble” styling in New York and continues education through Art of Business and Redken. From everyday hair to high fashion hair, Samantha is your girl.

The Art of Business. Eva specializes in bold fashion colors, blonding techniques,  
as well as men's haircutting.  She is also certified in Dreamcatcher Hair Extensions.
